Ingredients
  

  • 0.25 cup Porridge Oats
  • 0.5 cup Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tsp Golden Syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Put oats into bowl
  • Add milk and stir
  • Microwave on full power (700W) for 1 minute.
  • Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Leave to stand for 1 minute before topping with syrup and then it's ready to eat!
