
Salsa
Perfect with enchiladas and great in wraps with ham and cheese for lunch. Or mix with couscous and some tuna or chicken for a great healthy lunch.
Ingredients
- 8 large Vine Ripened Tomatoes Chopped
- ½ small White Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 Lime Juice of
- 1 handful Fresh Coriander or ½ tsp Ground Coriander
- ½ Red Chilli Finely Chopped without Seeds
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and add salt to taste.
