Ingredients
  

  • 8 large Vine Ripened Tomatoes Chopped
  • ½ small White Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Lime Juice of
  • 1 handful Fresh Coriander or ½ tsp Ground Coriander
  • ½ Red Chilli Finely Chopped without Seeds
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together and add salt to taste.
